AAA promotes and maintains facilities for the use by all residents of the Parish of Avoch & Killen (who are automatically members of the Association) and also for others in the surrounding area. The Association's logo, in use since 2000, is based on the Pictish stone-carved symbol for a kist, representing 'possessions and spoils of war', which seems an appropriate representation of a treasure-chest which members are able to dip into and use as they find the need. The facilities which the Association holds for its members include Avoch Community Centre, the Bowling Green and Pavilion, and the Tennis Courts. | ||
