I've been Editor of Chatterbox magazine, doing the design and layout work since taking over from Jack Malpas in the Spring of 2002. I enjoy the job and have learned a great amount since starting, but there's no disguising the fact that it is a substantial task, and with us now winding into the second half of 2009 and me fast approaching my mid-70s it would be nice to think that someone else could take on the job within the next two years. Perhaps it's possible that someone will be sufficiently attracted to the job (= daft enough) to take it on, but more realistically it would be better to move towards a system which enabled a small team to assemble the magazine collaboratively, and I hope and intend that we may be able to achieve this sometime soon. Perhaps this, our new interactive website, will facilitate this.
